Ingredients
- 30g butter (melted)
- 200g milk
- 1 egg
- 40g sugar
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 160g glutinous rice flour
- 20 milk powder
Instructions
- Mix melted butter with milk, egg, sugar, vanilla extract.
- Add in glutinous rice flour and milk powder, whisk well.
- Pour into muffin tins or mould of your choice. Make sure to oil the surface well with oil or butter, or line it with parchment.
- Bake for 350°F for 25-30 mins.
Notes
- To sub milk: add 190g water + 30g milk powder.
- Add a scoop of unflavoured/vanilla protein powder for extra protein.
- Could also put into an 8in round pan for a mochi cake. Make sure to line with parchment paper.
