Butter mochi

Ingredients

  • 30g butter (melted)
  • 200g milk
  • 1 egg
  • 40g sugar
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 160g glutinous rice flour
  • 20 milk powder

Instructions

  1. Mix melted butter with milk, egg, sugar, vanilla extract.
  2. Add in glutinous rice flour and milk powder, whisk well.
  3. Pour into muffin tins or mould of your choice. Make sure to oil the surface well with oil or butter, or line it with parchment.
  4. Bake for 350°F for 25-30 mins.
