Ingredients

  • 400g flour
  • 400g water
  • 1tsp salt
  • 2tsp yeast
  • Oil (for pan)
  • Parmesan/Feta, onion powder, rosemary, sage (customizations)

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, water, salt, yeast together. It will be sticky, use a spatula.
  2. After 15 mins, fold the dough on four sides. Use a spatula or wet you hands to prevent sticking. Do this twice.
  3. After 30 mins, lift the dough with your hands to fold in half. Do this twice. Start adding in customizations(cheese, spices, etc).
  4. Oil cast iron or baking tray. Let it sit and rise for about an hour.
  5. Oil your fingers, press the dough down. Add more toppings on top if desired.
  6. Bake at 400°F for 20-25 mins.
