Ingredients
- 400g flour
- 400g water
- 1tsp salt
- 2tsp yeast
- Oil (for pan)
- Parmesan/Feta, onion powder, rosemary, sage (customizations)
Instructions
- Mix flour, water, salt, yeast together. It will be sticky, use a spatula.
- After 15 mins, fold the dough on four sides. Use a spatula or wet you hands to prevent sticking. Do this twice.
- After 30 mins, lift the dough with your hands to fold in half. Do this twice. Start adding in customizations(cheese, spices, etc).
- Oil cast iron or baking tray. Let it sit and rise for about an hour.
- Oil your fingers, press the dough down. Add more toppings on top if desired.
- Bake at 400°F for 20-25 mins.
Notes
- Cut in square/rectangles for sandwich buns. yum!
