Italian Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 lb Ground Pork
- 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1 medium Onion, Diced
- 3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp Basil
- 2 tsp Parsley
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1/4 cup Parmesan
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Mix milk and bread crumbs, set aside for 5 minutes, then mix. It should turn into a paste.
- Sautee onion and garlic, set aside to cool.
- Add all the other ingredients in a bowl. Add in milk/break crumb mixture, and onion & garlic. Use hand to mix together.
- Shape into golf sized meatballs. It should make about 40.
- Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes, flip the meatballs and bake for 5 more minutes.
- Add it to your favourite pasta sauce, or just eat it as is!
