Italian Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1 medium Onion, Diced
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Basil
  • 2 tsp Parsley
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix milk and bread crumbs, set aside for 5 minutes, then mix. It should turn into a paste.
  2. Sautee onion and garlic, set aside to cool.
  3. Add all the other ingredients in a bowl. Add in milk/break crumb mixture, and onion & garlic. Use hand to mix together.
  4. Shape into golf sized meatballs. It should make about 40.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes, flip the meatballs and bake for 5 more minutes.
  6. Add it to your favourite pasta sauce, or just eat it as is!
