Oatmeal pita bread

Ingredients
- 100g oatmeal
- 100g hot water
- 200g AP flour
- 1tsp yeast
- 1tsp sugar
- 110g water
Instructions
- Mix oatmeal with hot water.
- In another bowl, mix everything else together, add the oatmeal mixture, Knead until smooth.
- Roll dough into a log, then cut into 10 pieces. Roll each piece into a circle.
- Roll out each piece. Cover with towel or plastic wrap, rest for 20 mins.
- Heat up non-stick pan. Once it's hot, pan fry pita in low heat. Flip when it starts to bubble.
