Oatmeal pita bread

Ingredients

  • 100g oatmeal
  • 100g hot water
  • 200g AP flour
  • 1tsp yeast
  • 1tsp sugar
  • 110g water

Instructions

  1. Mix oatmeal with hot water.
  2. In another bowl, mix everything else together, add the oatmeal mixture, Knead until smooth.
  3. Roll dough into a log, then cut into 10 pieces. Roll each piece into a circle.
  4. Roll out each piece. Cover with towel or plastic wrap, rest for 20 mins.
  5. Heat up non-stick pan. Once it's hot, pan fry pita in low heat. Flip when it starts to bubble.
